Password reset links expire after a few minutes. You will want to use the link right away.
Password reset requests count as a failed login attempt. Repeated requests will lock you out of the site.
Using the password reset link will reset your password. Your current password will no longer be valid.
Many email systems use filters to block automated messages. If you do not receive the password reset link within the next few minutes you will need to contact NLCP technical support at NLCP@rti.org to have your login reset.
